The payment is non-refundable except on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of the designer. For example, if work is not completed by the agreed-upon deadline, a return may be issued.

The designer has the option to refund and refuse work if it has or represents objectionable content such as trademarked imagery, sexually explicit material, violence/cruelty, illegal acts, discrimination, hate speech, bullying, and profane or abusive language.
